Scope & Overview

This project began with the complete tear-down of the existing roof to build a solid, long-lasting structure from the ground up. We constructed a handcrafted exposed wooden frame, installed high-performance thermal and waterproofing layers, and completed the exterior with brand-new, weather-resistant tiles. The result provides full climate protection, energy efficiency, and a clean architectural look inside and out.
